Update Nr 2 Vastbladig register Elke deelnemer , belg of buitenlander , die vrij verkrijgbare vuurwapens te koop aanbiedt, moet beschikken over een vastbladig boek waarin de tentoongestelde en te koop aangeboden wapens worden opgelijst, evenals de verkopen van deze wapens. Buitenlandse handelaars dienen de wapens te nummeren en labelen volgens de importlicentie.
Bij diefstal van grote stukken -Bij diefstal van grote stukken zoals geweren onmiddellijk de beursorganisatie verwittigen waarna de poortwachters de uitgangen afsluiten en alle personen met grote pakketen zullen controleren. Zoeken voor kleine voorwerpen is onmogelijk omdat het fouilleren van beursbezoekers niet toegelaten is .

Update Nr 2 Oostende 20 maart 2011 Livre à pages réliées destiné Chaque participant , belge ou étranger , offrant en vente des armes à feu en vente libre, doit disposer d’un livre à pages réliées destiné à repertorier les armes exposees et offertes en vente, ainsi que les ventes des armes. Les marchands étrangers doivent nummerotez les armes suivent le license importation. Le participant doit avoir ce livre lors de chacune des bourses aux quelles il prend part. Le participant inscrit sur la page de gauche les armes ( marque , type , calibres et numero de série), sur la page de droite il notera l’identité complet de l’acquéreur de ladite arme (nom, prénom, adresse, date de naissance et pays. Ce livre est personnel et doit mentionner à la premiere page l’identité du vendeur , ainsi que sa signaturre. Le participant utilisera une nouvelle page pour chaque particpation a une bourse , page qu’il datera et qu’il signer. A la fin de la bourse, les apges utilisées devront ine fois de plus etre datées et signées. A la fin de la bourse , le participant remet à l’organisateur une copie des pages qui se rapportent à ladite bourse. Fotocopieuse gratuitement disponible. En cas de vol En cas de vol des objets volumineuse prévenir tout de suite l'organisation qui fermeras immédiatement le sortie; Une controle des personnes qui quittent la bourse avec des objets volumineuse sera éxecuter. Fouille des personnes est interdit pour notre gents.

Update Nr 2 Oostende 20 maart 2011 Permanent-bound registration book In the event that you want to sell a weapon free by belgian law or an essential component thereof to a third party with domicile, permanent residence, or registered office outside of the Benelux, this transfer must be registered into the permanent-bound registration book that you are required to maintain as an exhibitor at a Belgian arms fair, this in keeping with the currently valid Belgian federal regulations. In it, you need to note down the following two elements: On the left-hand page, the data of the weapon you wish to transfer and / or of its essential component (category, type, make, model, calibre, and serial number); On the right-hand page, the data pertaining to the weapon’s purchaser and its country of destination. After the fair, you need to hand over a copy of these pages relevant to the fair in question to the fair organizer. A copy machine is free of charge at the disposition of the dealers at the show. The latter will pass on this copy to the Strategic Goods Control Unit. Conversely, you may wish to provide the Strategic Goods Control Unit with this copy yourself. In case of theft
In case of theft of large objects warn immediately the organisation. The exit gate will be shutt immediately and all persons leaving the show with large objects will be checked. |
